Cancellation / Refund Policy

Please note that we make no refunds for Miracle Cafe events.

For other Miracle Network events:
Up to 14 days before the event: we will provide a refund less an admin charge of £30 or 25% (we will deduct the higher figure).
Up to 7 days before the event: we will provide a refund less an admin charge of £50 or 50% (we will deduct the higher figure).
Less than 7 days before the event: sorry, no refund.

Alternatively, up to the time of the event, we can offer you credit to the value of 95% of the amount paid that can be carried forward to future event/s or used for the purchase of mail-order items. A credit note is valid for 12 months.

This policy does not apply to accommodation, which is subject to the terms of the venue/hotel.

We cannot normally accept back mail-order items (books, cards or disks), unless they are faulty. If DVDs or CDs fail to play, please try wiping the surface of the disk with a clean, soft cloth and cleaning the record/playback head of your machine. If that fails to solve the problem, try playing the disk on at least one other machine.

Booking an event or ordering a book/product implies acceptance of these terms.

Concessions / Discounts

We offer concession rates of 2/3 the full price on all events for those who are unwaged AND in the normal concession categories*. (3/4 of the full price for the Conference.) On weekend workshops, where accommodation is included, there can be no discounts on the accommodation element of the price. For concessions, call (020) 3538 6163.

* young person (aged 24, or less), students in full-time education, receiving Universal Credit (Jobseekers Allowance, Income Support), receiving a pension, or sickness or disability benefit.
