A Course in Miracles teaches that when used properly, the body is a communication device. It also teaches that “If you knew Who walks beside you on the way that you have chosen, fear would be impossible” (T-18.III.3:2). As we learn Who walks beside us by using the body as a means of communication, we naturally release fear and remember who we are.

In this workshop, we will repurpose the body as we explore the experience of intuitive guidance. We will look at the various pathways through which the Holy Spirit communicates with us, known as the “clairs”– clairvoyance, clairaudience, claircognizance and clairsentience. We will look at specific examples of Helen Schucman’s clairs from her autobiography, because when you see the “clairs” in another, it becomes easier to identify your own. We will also engage in practices to support you in tuning into your own clairs and sense of intuitive guidance.

Corinne Zupko, is the author of the bestselling and award-winning book From Anxiety to Love.
