Workshop with Diederik Wolsak
Online
Diederik says: “I look forward to spending some time with you exploring what could happen if we were really willing to see the world as meaningless. What would happen if we really integrated the foundational teaching that: “I have given everything all the meaning it has for me” and that there is another meaning? This is the teaching that has kept me occupied for years now and the payoff is pure joy.”
Diederik Wolsak is the founder of the Choose Again Method and creator of The Six Steps to Freedom. Born in 1942, and a survivor of three and a half years in WW2 camps, the Six Step Process allowed him to not just survive the devastating effects of this childhood trauma but become the driving force behind his unwavering commitment to share this therapeutic model with the world. He teaches that emotional suffering is not inherent or permanent, but constructed through unconscious decisions taken during moments of emotional intensity. The Six Steps process is taught and practiced globally in both immersive programs and online integration. New book: Choose Again, Six Steps to Freedom. www.diederik.org/counselling.html
