In this event, we will be transported to the origins of A Course in Miracles. Five long-standing Course teachers will join us to share their unique, first-hand experience and connection with the visionaries – Helen Schucman and Bill Thetford – who scribed and developed the Course.
The original, clear message of Truth and Love has been the inspiration to continue the lineage over the past 50 years, to all of us who have, and will, continue down the path presented by A Course in Miracles.

Robert Holden is a Patron of the Miracle Network. His work has been featured on Oprah, Good Morning America, a PBS special and in two major BBC documentaries, including the documentary, ‘How to be Happy’. He teaches workshops and retreats worldwide, and has presented two TED talks. He is the author of 12 books, including Holy Shift! 365 Meditations from A Course in Miracles, and Happiness NOW!. Carol Howe was a friend of ACIM co-scribe, Bill Thetford. She authored an intimate account of his life, Never Forget To Laugh, which also contains a full back story of how ACIM came to be. Carol, now an elder in the ACIM community, is one of only three people still actively teaching the Course who personally knew one or both of its co-scribes. Bill once said of Carol: “No one is able to teach the material as clearly as Carol does and I always learn something when I attend her classes”.
Lee Jampolsky is a New York Times bestselling author, retired psychologist, and professor. He is the founder of Inspirational Psychology, and his eight books are published in more than a dozen languages. Jon Mundy was introduced to ACIM by the scribes, Helen Schucman and Bill Thetford in 1975. There are few people around, today, who actually met Helen and Bill. Helen was like something of a mother figure to Jon, as a young man, showing an interest in his life and offered advice. He taught university classes in philosophy and religion for 40 years. He is the author of several books on mysticism and on the Course, including his best-selling Living A Course in Miracles and his autobiography, Missouri Mystic. He is the Executive Director of All-Faiths International Seminary in New York. Today, he is the publisher of Miracles magazine and teaches several online classes on the Course.
Marianne Williamson is a best-selling author, a teacher of ACIM, political activist and, for more than four decades, a leader in spiritually-progressive circles. She is the author of 16 books, including New York Times No.1 bestsellers, A Return to Love, A Woman’s Worth, The Gift of Change and The Mystic Jesus. She founded Project Angel Food, a non-profit organisation, delivering millions of meals to ill and dying homebound patients since 1989. She has also worked on poverty, anti-hunger and racial reconciliation issues. She co-founded The Peace Alliance and supported the creation of a US Department of Peace.
