Cafe Evenings are fun, social gatherings with buffet-style supper and a monthly speaker. The atmosphere is friendly, personal and focused on A Course in Miracles. We host a variety of speakers, each with their own unique style.

Evenings regularly include meditation, prayer, live music from talented singer/songwriters, socialising and networking, PLUS different speakers and activities each month!

Children are such great teachers. Lessons come thick and fast when the demands our children make on our energy, time and patience are endless and seemingly inexhaustible. How do we learn to be loving, kind and compassionate parents instead of being racked with guilt when we respond with irritation and anger? What does the Course say about parenting? What guidance does it give? In this talk, Riana explores how parenthood provides us with a perfect vehicle for understanding the Course at a much deeper level and what applying the principles might look like in practice.

You do not feel the love until you see through the fear. In facing our greatest fear the miracle can happen or, as Shakespeare put it: “The Sweet Uses of Adversity”. Fear can be trapped in our bodies. Ruth would like to show you how, by using simple yoga stretches, these fears can be released. It is the stretches that we have the most resistance to, which can give us the greatest insight to the love that lies behind the fear.
