Radical Forgiveness

Tom will be introducing 'Radical Forgiveness', a method devised by Colin Tipping to help us let go of all resentments.

Tom will look at the 7 'C's: competing, comparing, complaining, controlling, criticising, condemning and catastrophising, which block our relationship with each other and with God, and also lead us through a non verbal forgiveness session. This session will help lessen the hold the ego has in our minds.
