Source Breathwork supporting A Course in Miracles

There is a tendency for us to intellectualise the teaching of A Course in Miracles and leave layers of beliefs and feelings hidden deep in our unconscious. Source Breathwork (a gentle form of Rebirthing) works well with ACIM in bringing our darkness to the surface, so we can look at it with the light of a forgiving mind. The breath is a key to feelings !

On this one-day workshop, you will experience a guided breath meditation, diagnostic processes to help identify your blocks, a full Rebirthing session and an opportunity to share and ask questions about the journey to inner peace.

Please bring a blanket and a mat (if you don't have a mat, 2 blankets).

Douglas Crawford has been working with Source Breathwork and ACIM for more than 29 years and has been leading a one-year course in Denmark for 11 years, entitled ‘A Journey to Inner Peace’.
